It is important to provide students’ with feedback about their learning. Feedback is a tool for improvement. As a teacher you are able to guide and help your students with their learning processes and skill development through feedback. Feedback is a motivational tool, you are able to offer your students praise for the areas they are doing well in, the praise is what will keep your students motivated and it is the praise that will encourage them to develop areas that they are not so strong in, you are able to guide your students through this process using feedback but it needs to be done on a regular bases for it to be effective.
